Organization of asphalt coating of a territory includes carrying out earthwork operations, preparing of foundation, and further high-quality construction of new asphalt coating followed by cleaning of the site and removal of material debris. Depending on the required volume of works, our company executes both partial and capital repairs of asphalt coating of the site. Procedure and volume of works associated with construction of new asphalt coating are provided for in Statement of Work, which is given by the customer, and in technical documentation.
Repairs of the existing asphalt coating
KITOS company executes both “running” (site area up to 200 sqm) and capital repairs (site area over 200 sqm) of asphalt coating. Repairs of asphalt coating include the following works:
- Disassembling of asphalt coating
- Treatment of site with bitumen emulsion
- Laying of levelling course from chip stone or asphalt
- Installation of asphalt coating
- Filling of joints with bitumen
- Cleaning of the site and removal of material debris
