Scope of works for repairs and alternation of apartments includes everything required for execution of professional construction works: all the drawings, layouts, list of finishing materials, list of electrical equipment and layouts of its installation, layouts of illuminations and types of illuminating equipment. The project also incorporates color and style solutions of interior design, but they can be slightly changed in the process of execution of works – in any case, everything is approved upon with the client.
