For high - quality designing of a property one has to undergo several compulsory stages :

Stage 1:

Pre - design study

At this stage we determine concept and direction of the whole process of construction works. We estimate project scale and approximate cost.

Stage 2:

Rough design

Rough design is material, which allows evaluating the project and determining precise requirements in respect to further designing. Rough design serves as an initial document required for getting approval of regulation committee and receiving initial permits. Rough design is prepared aiming identification of functional, constructive, and stylistic project solutions, which give general idea of the future property and the process of interaction of project’s separate parts with each other. Later on rough design becomes basis for preparation of Statement of Work for all the successive stages of designing. Stage 3: Design documentation (pre-design)
