Moreover, Moscow City Expert Examination Board carries out regular monthly monitoring of prices for building materials, structures and products.

Additional functions of Moscow City Expert Examination Board include maintenance of databases of monthly inflationary change in the cost of all the building products and providing updated information to design organizations, municipal ordering parties, and investors. Moscow City Expert Examination Board also sets prices for building materials, structures and products for construction of properties of municipal order, works out rates for transportation of goods designated for construction of properties of municipal order, and prices for goods and products for construction of properties of municipal order.
