New office centre in cultural and historical heart of the capital was developed due to rebuilding and reconstruction of a residential building on the area of over 3,000 sqm. All construction stages were executed using the latest technologies and engineering developments. Reconstruction was performed within the specified period. Quality of works performed meets European standards.
