Construction start: July 14, 2007
Construction end: April 10, 2008
The project aimed building up of two levels of an office centre with rebuilding of the basement according to office standards and execution of reconstruction works in respect to enlargement of property area through organization of entresol inside the building, which would result in getting additional space.
In conclusion the site was improved and a parking area was organized.
Works performed:
- Technical estimation;
- Dismantling with 0.5 m deepening;
- Finishing works;
- Utility systems.
