The project has no precedents in terms of its size. Construction of the rock-climbing facility (as a roofed facility for year-round training of those who are fond of climbing) started from examination of former boiler-house, which was subject to rebuilding into the sports complex. In order for the rock-climbing walls to meet international standards (h=12 m) we performed a 3 m high build-up. The second floor will be occupied by a restaurant, while the third floor will include an exercise room. We designed and constructed balconies (200 sqm each), which apart from their functions looked like observation decks. Ceilings with inner uprights were performed in the shape of flashes with hidden lighting. Usage of natural stone added to the likelihood and brought the visitors closer to natural conditions.
